One-Liner Updates!

I was busy the past few days, I forgot to update RP. I also forgot what happened though. Gomenasai! :( Anyways, I'll just write some one-liner updates to fill those up! :)

1/21: Hiragana mode for the moment. :D

1/22: I MASTERED HIRAGANA! YES PLEASE!

1/23: I finally bought my dictionary! Yahooo!

1/24: Google Makati is now open! Haha. What if I apply there? :D LOL.

1/25: We watched Les Miserables today with Ray! I am so teary-eyed! In fact I really cried! The movie was awesome! It exceeded my expectations. We also bought a printer for the shop today! Yeyyy!!

1/26: There was no quiz. I shall go home and sleep.

1/27: As far as I can remember, I slept and watched Les Miserables the whole day.

1/28: Same old work.

1/29: The work is still the same.

1/30: I strolled around SM Masinag for a change. The sudden replenishment of money happened! LOL.

1/31: Happy Birthday Cogie!

Busy two week hiatus

Day 15:

First pay day of the year. I'm expecting a couple of bucks more than my usual since I got the increase I've been waiting for two months now. Now I can start managing my savings for this year.

Day 16:

I got my pay check! I treated Pau at Yabu. The food is great and we love the people and the kind of service they are giving. At the end of the meal, we're given a suggestion slip. We individually write what we feel and think of the restaurant after the meal. Pau wrote that except for the oyster taste(malansa), everything is great. To our surprise, three managers approached us and asked for our concern. We told them that we are happy and contented with the service and the food but they insist that we should have our money back since we are not satisfied with what they serve. In the end, we received a P 350 gift certificate from the restaurant.

It's the first time that we experience that kind of passion and customer service. Hats off to Yabu. Keep up the good work.

Day 17:

The money I got yesterday is already cut down to half. I put the other half in the bank for safekeeping. I bought a Nike shoes today. I've been meaning to buy a shoe from Nike since 10 years ago. I finally bought one. I like the sole's green color that contrasts the white and black frame. I hope this one last.

Day 18:

I really can't remember what happened this day. I guess two weeks is a little too long. All I know is that I love Pau.

Day 19 and 20:

Usual Saturday and Sunday for me. I didn't go out and helped here at home. My dad is planning to construct my room(Finally!). I hope it came true.

Day 21:

I got at 8 AM in the office today. Pau convinced me to go to work early so that we can go home at around 6 PM. She got at the office a little late. She overslept. I stayed a little since my team asked for a meeting. Pau and I were able to head home at 7 PM.

Day 22:

Since we are not able to finish the meeting yesterday, we continued it today. It was a confidential project so we cannot say anything just yet but it looks like a great project and I'm really looking forward to work again.

Day 23:

After giving our insight to a project yesterday, we will have a kick-off meeting today at 9 PM. This will mark the official start of our second project. Our team consist of Sir Mark(Scrum Master), Ivan(Team Lead) and me(Junior Programmer). We worked together in our last project that ended last month. This new project's client is based on the US, a different time zone from the last one(Australia). I'm really pumped up for this one.

Day 24:

I got home at around 1 AM today so I went at the office at 12 PM. The kick off meeting went well last night. We will be having a walk through of the system that we will modify. We just don't know when will that happen. Let's just wait.

Day 25:

We got our access to the VPN and the TFS server of our client. That pretty much takes my time for the morning. I told my PM that I will take a half day today because Pau and I have plans on watching Les Miserables on the big screen. We got at the movie house 10 minutes before the screening so just bought a Giga Fries and Pau bought a Fruitas shake.

I'm not really into musical but this movie is great. The actors/actresses are overflowing with emotion and the way it is presented is great. All I hoped is that Russell Crowe would stop singing and return to his usual acting.

Day 26 and 27:

I got a chance to wash my bag. I haven't done that since I bought it. I think it really needs some washing. I didn't got a chance to see Pau :( but its okay. I just need to look in the bright side and prepare myself for the challenges and fun ahead. I love you Pau.

We Got Married Finale, the Internet and Dysmenorrhea

IT HURTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTS!

I have dysmenorrhea today and I wasn't able to attend proper mass. Luckily it passed by easily. I didn't do anything right today, except cleaning our room. After that I am just in my bed doing nothing.

A few hours later, the guy from PLDT came to fix our internet. He said that the problem is not in our DSL but the phone. He recommended to remove our extension phone. After that, everything went fine.

I resumed watching We Got Married and finished it today. I got teary-eyed because it was so bitin. But it's fine. I slept after watching and hoping to see Yonghwa-oppa soon. LOL.

January 19, 2013

Viva!

Kyaaaa! Today is the second day of my Japanese class!

We finished the Hiragana writing system and of course, at the end of every lesson, there is a quiz! We will have a quiz next meeting about character recognition. Also, Cris-sensei taught us the basic sentences in Japanese! Sugoi desu!

I ate at Beach House at the Sunken Garden since it's famous for their barbecue! Indeed it tastes good! Right after I decided to vlog and went to Katipunan. After meeting with the last pin button buyer, I went home.

By 2 PM we went to the church to take a picture of my mom. They have a contest since it's fiesta in our area. I went to the church with Cogie, Apol and Dos. After their presentation we went home but the door was locked. We went back to the church to get the keys and we chilled at our house for a while. Chilling for me is sleeping.

We ate at Joanjo for dinner and talked to Ray right after. I really missed him, I don't know why. I just want to be with him longer next time. I love you Ray Carlo! :)

January 18, 2013

Cooking and something healthy

Going to office early means going home early. I went out of office by 4:30 today since I'm sleepy already. I'm almost finished with my tasks so there's no problem.

It was my third time to cook something. I tried the Korean fried chicken I read from a blog. I gave some to Ray and he said that it tastes good. However, it needs certain adjustments. I'm open for opinions so probably the next time I try to cook that viand again, I can do it better.

On the way home, I decided to buy a Japanese dictionary for my class but to no avail. I just bought a mechanical pencil and eraser. I tried Jamba Juice and all I can say is WOW! It tastes good! There's no artificial ingredient there, just pure fruit and juice. Also, every drink is given a boost for the body. Healthy!

Anouuuu~

What can I say? Still busy folks. Nothing special happened. Ha-ha!

Katsu Surprise

Today is the day! We ate at Yabu: House of Katsu for the first time today! We went there before 12 so there are still a few people there. I ordered a Chicken and Seafood set while Ray ordered a something katsu. I can't remember the name. Ha-ha!

The waiters were accommodating, they demonstrated the Yabu ritual for the sauce. Too bad for Ray, the waiter did it with his ritual set so he didn't experience how to the the ritual from the beginning. Ha-ha! He even asked me to let him do it in mine so he can feel he's doing it. LOL. The food came fast and it was overwhelming. The servings were large! So we ate our heart out to our contentment.

As we finished eating, we were given suggestion cards to fill up. I told them that everything was fine except for the scallop which was kind of fishy (malansa). When we're ready to go, one of the managers approached us regarding what I wrote. I told them the same thing I put on the paper and I said it's okay, it's not a big deal. Yet, it was a huge thing for them even the store owner went to our table asking for an apology for my dissatisfaction. I wasn't that unhappy, it was just that piece of seafood. I really loved everything about it except for that. Yet he insisted to give back our money. I panicked and we explained to him that everything was okay. He gave in and gave us a gift certificate instead with a never-ending apology.

When we left, we still can't recover with what happened. Even after we met up with the two pin button buyers, what happened in Yabu is still stuck in our minds. I can't believe what just happened and at the same time impressed with the dedication of the manager in his craft. I wish that my sister, Apol, who was supposed to be with us today, will work like that man.

The day went by normally. I bought some clothes and Ray bought shoes. I paid my liabilities and here I am once again, broke. Ha-ha! Life, life, life!

January 15, 2013

Payday!

Finally! It's payday today! Ha-ha!

But as usual, it will still reflect later this evening. So it will be tomorrow, where I'll be spending a lot. I didn't do anything interesting today. I'm stressed more and more here at work. But despite that, I am happy to receive very very very good news!

My client was impressed with my work. Even though I am in a one-man team, I still managed to meet his expectations. It was a surprise for me! Anyways, I am still on the process of developing a new module so it's still a busy day. Upon arriving home also, I still did something for the continuous order of SNSD pins.

No wonder why I feel so exhausted!

The past week: January 7 to January 14

I missed a lot of post from last week. A lot has happened. I'll try to put everything that I remember here. Pau also forgot to post update for her part. I hope she realize it soon. I love you Pau.

Day 7:

Our training starts today. Its topic is ATDD(Acceptance Test Driven Development). We already took the training before the last year ends. What we are doing the next 3 days will be to collaborate with the testers with the fitNesse as they make the decision tables and provide with an outsider point of view in the possible inputs and outputs of the system.

We received a news that we will be having a client interview on Wednesday and the BDG department wants to have a mock interview in order to prepare us. Our mock interview goes well and we got some tips on how we should answer the questions.

Day 8:

Training continues. Today we discussed the query feature of fitNesse. It retrieves data from the database and presents the data to whatever medium that would consume it. I'm having a hard time in configuring the setup and teardown page of the fitNesse since both me and my partner are accessing the pages. Good thing I found a way to make the ends meet.

Our mock interview also continues today. Unlike yesterday, where we were conscious and intimidated by our VP's presence, we are more relax and comfortable since the main objective of the exercise was to prepare us from the interview. Fingers crossed, I hope that we all passed tomorrow.

Day 9:

In our training, we were taught of the scripts for fitNesse. Its like a step-by-step process to check if the system returns the expected value for the tests. I'am a bit nervous and excited at the same time for our interview today. The interview will start at 10 pm since our prospect client resides in Connecticut(USA). We have to extend time to give way for the time difference.

I got interviewed after my PM and team lead. There's just a couple of questions for me and the interviewer proceed for the questions regarding the group. The mock interviews helped a lot in preparing us for the questions so it went out well.

My batch mate was interviewed last. I think the pressure piles up on him so he can't answer the questions gracefully. When the interview ended, we all went home with a happy face. I got home at around 1 AM the other day.

Day 10:

I woke up at 11 AM. Our training ended but we are still included in the training room. We are taught on how to make a UI in MVC4. We were able to create a running application in just a matter of minutes. I got a 4 hour excess hours from yesterday so I went home early today. I was able to accompany Pau on my way home.

Day 11:

I woke up at around 9 AM today. I don't think that I can still make it at the office at 10 AM so I decided to take a day off. I helped at home in our store since I got nothing else to do. I can't fetch Pau from work because I'm already out of cash. This happens because I give "pamasko" in our reunion. It's OK since I got a stable income in the job and its the least I can do to my family.

Our phone is not working. I was not able to call Pau. :(

Day 12:

Still a busy day here at home. I helped at the store to give my Mom a rest. She's been looking at the store on weekdays and a little rest will help her to soothe the pain in her body. I kept on telling her to already stop and close the store but she still insist on running it. I think that I can't make her stop and having a thing to keep her busy is a good thing. I just hope that she's not stressing herself and not push it to the limit.

Day 13:

We got a bad news today. It involves my cousin. I hope he can still get back after this and not end up depressed just like the last time. All I need to do is give him the support that he needed to a least ease up the pain. I know God has His plans for him.

Day 14:

I got at the office at 10AM. Pau and I ate at SM Megamall Foodcourt. We reminisce the time when were at the same spot that we became officially a couple. She's teasing me that I didn't get the idea right away. In my defense, I can't assume things right away. It may give her the wrong impression that I am assuming and too confident. When we got back, I worked for the Honda project since this will be our last week to look after it. We will be working on a new project by next week and we have to close the Honda account this week.

Pau and I ate at Mang Inasal for dinner. She'll be sleeping over at Megan's(her bestfriend) place today. i accompanied her in Megan's flat. Its just a couple of minutes for our office but in the middle of Mandaluyong. I need to get to Acacia Lane in order to get a ride home. I got home at 11 PM and Pau called me through her phone. How sweet. I love you Pau.

And that what happens the past week.

January 14, 2013

Overnight with the Bestfriend

Megan texted me last night to accompany her in her new condo unit. Ray decided to go with me since I do not know the way. Before going to the condo, we strolled around Megamall and bought a card for Meg's boyfriend, Ralph. Then after a few minutes of window shopping and buying brownies, we went to Boni.

My bestfriend greeted us with a smile and we shared our experiences in Singapore. After a short while, Ray bade goodbye. We then headed for the unit and continued talking and talking. I really missed her so much. We ate the brownies I brought and she played Happy Jump in Nexii. I think we slept around 1 AM already since yeah, we're chatting a lot!

Ragnarok Sunday

Most of today was spent with Ragnarok 2. I can't remember anything else I did today. Ha-ha!

January 12, 2013

The Sugoi Project 1/10

Yay! Today's my first day in my Japanese class at UP. Luckily I was not lost even if I went early. When my dad and Cogie accompanied me to Gate 1, I rode a jeepney to LRT Santolan. I forgot that I'm supposed to ride on a Cubao-bound jeep for me to alight at Katipunan. Ha-ha. Maybe I'm still a little sleepy. Anyways, I managed to get off immediately and ride the correct vehicle. LOL!

Upon arriving at Palma Hall, I asked the guard where Room 428 is. He said that it is at the fourth floor, at the other side of the building. Well, it's okay since I'm a bit early. I saw a bunch of people there and I thought they're my classmates. Some are, since the others are attending the Korean class. I managed to know one of my classmates, Annie, who is an accountant.

After a few minutes, we're already inside and we met our instructor, Cris-sensei. He taught us basic expressions and basic writing (Hiragana). He gave us our writing assignment and our modules. It was really fun and exciting! It was like I am in a room where everyone understands me. LOL.

Before going straight home, I ate at a Siomai stall for my lunch at Katipunan. I met with the buyer of the pins and went home right after. Upon arriving home, I decided to watch a movie, Battle Royale with Dos. Afterwards, I reviewed a little and played RO2.

Friday Blues

Sighs. Ray's absent today because he woke up late. Wow. LOL. Haha. Well nothing really happened today. I'm so much into my tasks that's why I can't do some surfing like I used to. Even upong going home I'm still busy due to the orders I had for the pin buttons. Now I can say that there are a lot of SNSD fans out there.

Tomorrow's my first day of class. I'm nervous yet excited to what it's gonna be! Hopefully I won't look weird or something there. I also hope I won't get lost!

January 10, 2013

Financially Unstable

Wooooooo!

Why did my phone bill arrive yesterday? Sheesh. I'm really out of money due to the enrolment (I even borrowed money from my father last night for the half amount and the other half came from my photo printing business) now this came. Sighs. The due date is also today for Christ's sake. I don't know what to do now. I can announce that I'm officially financially unstable.

Lucky for me, I have a cute boyfriend! :) Ha-ha! He made me smile the whole day and he even helped me borrow some money from Jasper, our friend. I'm really shy about borrowing money but it's really an emergency right now. I can imagine my next week's salary will all be gone in a snap. But anyways, I just want to get past this and move on.

My client finally uploaded a document for my new tasks, so yeah, I have a lot of things to do now! Woooo. Gambarimasu~!

January 9, 2013

Turning Japanese

Konnichiwa!

I am now officially enrolled at the University of the Philippines Diliman for their extramural classes on Beginner Japanese. I will formally start on Saturday, January 12 and the class will be held at Palma Hall. Good luck to me.

I am very much happy since I really love Japan. It started with the anime, then the songs, the cherry blossoms and eventually its traditions and culture. I pushed all the possible financing techniques to enroll in this subject. Yeah, I'm quite broke right now but this is really something I want to pursue.

Nothing much happened at work since my client's still not talking to me. But anyways, it was a fun day and I'm really excited about going!

Nothing Much Happened... Just an exhausting day

Day 6:

Its Sunday, I helped at home since I got nothing to do. I can't see Pau. My budget is at the brink of collapse. Its just an exhausting day for me because we have a small business here at home. I need to assist my parents in the store. Tomorrow I'll be attending a training for ATDD at work.

January 8, 2013

Love Set Glory

I was early like crazy today. I don't know why. I arrived at the office at 7:45 AM. Therefore I can go home early. Yayyyyy! :)

Since there was still nothing to do, I was bored to death the whole morning. I am just simply looking at the University of the Philippines (UP) Linguistics website thinking if I'll be able to overcome the laziness of going to UP Diliman to enroll for their extramural class in Japanese. Last night, I decided not to go since it is a hassle to go to UP in the morning before work. Beating the traffic and being unfamiliar with the place kept me.

I was able to play table tennis again today and I'm keeping up with my 30-minute daily exercise. I had a chance to play with Kuya Fesh, the MVP, while we're talking about Tales From The Friendzone. He won in our deuce fight. Oh yeah, during the lunch break I won a game with Leo. The downside is: I had a love set. 0-11. Happy new year Leo. Ha-ha! At least I won! LOL.

During the afternoon we had a meeting discussing the leaves. We were given a Red Ribbon mamon for our snack. Unfortunately, I can't eat it because of the carbs. LOL. Instead I gave it to Ray and accompanied him to the pantry. Sir Ryan came and told me that they're going to enroll in a Korean class with Sienna at the Korean Cultural Center. I told them that I'm also planning to take a Japanese class at Unmei Nihongo Center near our office. Ray heard our conversation and told me that he thought I'll be going to UP. I told him about my thoughts about it yet insisted me to go there instead. Sir Ryan agreed with Ray. That made sign up in their online registration. Tomorrow, I'll be going to UP to pay the tuition fee.

As expected I went home early. Ray accompanied me up to McDonald's El Pueblo. I stopped by National Bookstore again to buy additional wrapping paper and ribbons for the souvenirs to do. But halfway my ride home, I remembered that the ribbons I bought were not enough. So I dropped by Pandayan Bookshop in our neighborhood to buy additional ribbons. Luckily, the ribbons I bought sufficed for the souvenirs we made.

Tonight, I am at work for our printing business. Who would expect that there will be a lot of orders? :)

January 7, 2013

Monday Blues

Honestly, I don't want to work today. But yeah, I need to.

Ray has a training today so we didn't have lunch together. Since I intend to start dieting from now on, I decided to have a potato, pechay and ham lunch. I bought five slices of Black Forest Ham at Earle's earlier this morning and I can say that it was pretty cheap (Php 51.00). I was also done with my tasks so I don't have anything more to do.

At around 12 PM, Ray went to my workstation and showed me his free food from the training. He said that he'll only be eating that ChowPao from Chowking, for lunch. I asked him if he's on a diet, he replied with a no. He's just too lazy to go downstairs. When I told him I was going down to look for a banana, he tagged along.

Unfortunately, there were no bananas in any of the 7-Eleven outlets today. I don't know why. We ended up at Strata, buying tapsilog (for him) and Fruitas Sugarfree Mango shake (for me). My shake tastes like water with a hint of mango. Now we realized that it was only sugar that makes Fruitas shakes sweet. Therefore, it's not really natural. Tsk tsk.

Upon returning, I played table tennis with Leo which took around thirty minutes. Then I was back to my station. When Ray had his free time, we decided to have a snack. I bought peanut butter and wheat pandesal since I am on a diet. We chatted for a while at the pantry and went back to our seats.

I went home at around 6:30 PM. Ray accompanied me to McDonald's as usual (since he's still logged in). I bought wrapping paper at National Bookstore for my souvenir orders. The line for the Masinag van was long so I continued watching the Detective Conan movie. Yeah, I finished it during the whole ride.

When I arrived home, me and Apol worked on the remaining souvenirs. It will be used on Wednesday already that's why we're rushing. I even managed to do some cutting because of we only have the two of us to do the work. She was busy doing the wrapper design while I was cutting. After I finished everything, I told her to sleep since she still have classes tomorrow. I told her to continue the souvenir wrapping tomorrow and assessed that it will only take a short while. Lucky for us, she will go home by noon tomorrow. She has a lot of time to wrap the souvenirs.

After Ray's call, I was supposed to sleep. Yet, fandom strikes, I watched 4 episodes of We Got Married, leaving me to start at the 30th episode the next time I watch. And it was midnight.

January 6, 2013

Videos on Sundays

I woke up at around lunch today. The stroll yesterday drained my energy. It wasn't a very interesting day today since I was just hanging around my computer all day long.

Ragnarok Online 2 was something I anticipated two weeks ago. But unfortunately, an announcement was made saying that it can't be played in our country. The server only works for Singapore, Malaysia and other countries to which I can't remember. But there was this message on Facebook saying that Filipinos can play. I tried logging in and trying again once it wasn't connected, but to no avail. Instead, I just read the manga Sukitte Ii Na Yo since it bombarded my face with five updates.

Little did I know it was already 5:00 PM as I was watching Detective Conan The Movie: Captured In Her Eyes. Me and my sister will go to mass an hour later. I ate a siopao they bought from the supermarket (I think) to satisfy my hunger. Yeah, the last time I ate was a brunch and that was 6 hours ago. I ate raisins too since I'm craving for something sweet.

We arrived at the church ten minutes after 6:00 PM. The 5:00 PM mass wasn't finished yet so we just waited. When the priest gave his final blessing, the people went out simultaneously. We managed to find a seat at the second row from the altar. This allowed us to listen more intently to the readings and what the priest had to say. The celebrating priest, Fr. Dan, was an interesting speaker. He explained the homily well and interacted with the people sincerely and happily. When it was time to share peace with others he even went  near the parishioners to give them his sign of peace. Apol and I went to Fr. Dan for blessing after the mass. If I were to choose a phrase from his homily, it will be, "Sapat na." ("It's Enough"). He told everyone that knowing God is enough for our lives to have meaning.

Upon returning home, I wasn't able to sleep immediately. I watched SNSD's I Got A Boy music video with my cousins and sister and asked them to imitate it. We also watched their other videos like Oh! (Japanese version), Paparazzi, The Boys and All My Love Is For You. A little while later, I asked them if they know Ramon Bautista and we watched "Tales From The Friendzone" together. Since my cousins are still kids, they asked me what "friendzone" is. Well, I hesitantly explained it to them since I don't think they'll understand. Then after the show, we're singing the theme song already. "Kaibigan lang pala, kaibigan lang pala..." Ha-ha. I'm watching it because who knows; there might be someone I know who'll write to Ramon.

I downloaded Battle Royale and watched the first quarter of the movie with Dos. I realized that it was already late so I asked him to sleep. He told me not to watch it alone so we can watch the next scenes together. I agreed and went straight to sleep.

BGC, concert screening, new shirts for me

Day 5:

Today we went to Bonifacio Global City. It's my first time there and the place is great. It feels like you're in Singapore there. The streets are acceptably clean(there are a few trash here and there), the bus that circles around is not the usual that you will see in the Philippines, stop lights everywhere and a lot of skyscrapers. The buildings stand farther away from each other than the ones in Ortigas (compact and no room to breathe). Our thoughts is to work there if only its a bit closer from home (but we'll never know).

About the screening, I didn't enjoy it much. I fan girls and fan boys are a little too distracting. I was a bit shocked about the way they support their idols. Some are even conversing in Korean. How sweet.

Before we got home, I decided to buy new shirts. I got 2 shirts for a little over 500 pesos. I asked Pau to pay for it. I'll pay her later. I'm out of cash and short on my budget. Can I borrow some cash to you guys? Hahaha.

See you!

Fandom Date

Annyeong~ :)

Today, we watched the screening of SNSD's Into The New World Concert. It was hosted by Soshified Philippines and it was held at the Korean Cultural Center (KCC) in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

It wasn't my first time in Taguig, but I only know how to travel by cab. Since we're both on a tight budget, we decided to follow the directions stated in the KCC website. That led us to a new experience: the Bonifacio Global City Bus. The bus is uncommon in the Philippines, since you won't see anything like that in EDSA. It's almost like the bus in Singapore but I should say it's really narrow if there are already a lot of people in it. We asked the bus driver to alight us at the stop near KCC. I don't know if he gave the right path (because he said the fourth stop was nearer to our destination) or not. There was no pedestrian crossing in the place near the stop and it was a little far to KCC. On our way there, we met a fellow Sone, Elaine and we have the same bias, Choi Soo Young.

Upon arriving at KCC, we were asked to register our names then we headed for the screening room. I looked for the organizer of the event and asked him if we can promote our shop in the event. He happily agreed and asked me to write some announcement for him to say. When the show was about to start, he announced our shop's advertisement and I gave out the freebies to the audience. Too bad, I wasn't able to give out as many as the people inside the room, but it's okay since that was already a big step to our shop's promotion.

I realized that there were a lot of Seohyun fans in the show. Just like Ray. But of course, he won't fanboy like them. I can see he was really distracted. As for the show, it was okay, but I didn't enjoy it that much. We decided to leave early.

We headed for Robinson's Metro East where Ray bought two new shirts. I lent him money so he can buy. We ate at Hainanese Delights after, only to find out that I have an insect in my noodle soup. Errr. It was immediately replaced, but I wasn't able to finish it anymore.

The day went fine: we get to experience the bus, a fan screening and shopping. And of course, I'm with him. :) So what more can I ask? ♥

Nothing much happened, screening excitement

Day 4:

Nothing much happened today, really. We just went out for lunch today(A! Shop) at Binalot. I just discovered that they are the one serving the food wrapped in banana leaf. The food was okay(Edible).

One thing I notice is that their poster(menu) is misleading. It shows salted egg and tomatoes for 20 pesos yet they are charging 25 pesos for it. When I asked the cashier that what I am ordering is the one on the menu(It really says 20 pesos), she replied: "sa drawing lang po yan 20. 25 po talaga yan" (It only says 20 in the drawing. Its 25 really.) Since I'm really hungry and there's a line at my back, I didn't argue with her. I just let it go. I'll just look for a website to review the restaurant.

We got home a little early. Pau and I went home together(finally!) What we're really excited about is the screening that we are going to attend to tomorrow. I'll give you guys the details later.

See you!

Of Boredom and Spins

Konnichiwa ~! :)

I finally get the chance to give Ray a copy of We Got Married. I can imagine him fanboying over Seohyun while watching the series. Ha-ha!

Anyways, the day was okay. We ate at Binalot with the A! Shop co-owners and our two other officemates, Jasper and Karl. Ray led the discussion with regards to our upcoming events. Upon returning to the office, I am once again faced with the tasks I'm asked to do. Honestly, I'm not enjoying it much, but what can I do: work is work. Maybe I'm not just into testing; I would prefer analysis and design. Later in the afternoon, we played table tennis. I got a chance to play with Kuya Dexter. I am happy to get 6 points despite the hard spins given to me.

I was anticipating the end of today's shift, not only because I'll be going home with Ray, but I just want to take a rest and prepare for tomorrow's event.

Sandwiches and Fan Girls

Konnichiwa~! Ü

As usual, since I became a Boice (C.N. BLUE fan), I've been listening to their songs even if it's on repeat. So the usual routine for 2013 started, get up at 6:30-7:00 AM, leave our house thirty minutes after and arrive at around 9:00 AM in the office; this I haven't failed yet.

Since I'm still feeling the weight gain, I decided to have a Caramel Macchiato as my breakfast. Nothing else. Fortunately, when Ray arrived we agreed to eat a deli sandwich from Earle's Delicatessen for lunch. Yum yum!

Lunch came and we went to Earle's. He bought a Beef Pastrami sandwich while I got a Black Forest Ham sandwich. I'm so happy to have this as my lunch since unknowingly, I'm craving for mustard. We headed back to the office to eat and what happened next really astonished me. Ray is eating his sandwich with knife and fork, while I ate with my hands alone. So unwomanly for me, as for Ray, so... errr.. clean.

We played table tennis during our free hours and I'm ecstatic since I'll be able to exercise. My client already talked to me about the things I'll be doing for the next few days so that should keep me busy by tomorrow and the next week. I went home at around 7:00 PM since Ray is to stay an hour more because he's late. Ha-ha!

During my way home, the woman beside me in the van is playing with an iPod Touch 5th generation. What I can say is.. it's long. It's because of the 6-row menu and by the look of it, I already prefer Nexii (my Asus Nexus 7 tablet). I met with my sister and father at Santolan station and together we went home.

Over dinner, we talked about office stuff and other opportunities. It was a long talk. Then as I was waiting for Ray's call, I became a fangirl once again: I watched SNSD's "I Got A Boy" over 10 times and listened to C.N. BLUE's "Hey You" for 3 loops before the phone rang.

Earl's + Google Play Paid App + Android Games

Day 3:

I got to the office a little late since Hans classes resumed. I can't go ahead of them because I know what I will get if I did(10 mins of non stop tear down). I got at the office at 10 AM. Pau and I ate Earl's Sandwiches for lunch(Yummy!!!).

Jasper taught me how to download paid apps in google play store using my atm/debit card. I bought Need for Speed Most Wanted for only 40 pesos(nice buy). This is the first game that I bought(ever). The graphics and gameplay is good. I played the opening race. I also downloaded NBA2k13 and GTA 3 and Vice City.

I stayed at the office at around 8:30 PM. Pau already left at 7 PM. The line for FX/van going home is long and it took me about an hour before I  got a ride. Got home at 11 PM. Called my Pau and got to sleep.

Mann Hann + First Step + Anorexia

Ayo!

Just got home from the office. I was able to leave my workplace at around 6:30 PM since I arrived early. Too bad for Ray, he stayed an hour more because he was late. I went to sleep fangirling over Yong Hwa-oppa, so at the van to work, I downloaded a ringtone version of their song Hey You.

I had nothing to do since my client is not yet available until tomorrow. So yeah, I'm just browsing the net. We had lunch at Mann Hann in SM Megamall with our co-owners, Sienna and Maye and our good friend, Jasper. We had a sumptuous lunch consisting of house tea, garlic rice, seafood, vegetables and spicy spareribs (which is not spicy at all). We discussed some ideas for our business, A! Shop. Afterwards, Ray had his Frosty dessert from Wendy's.

We passed by Odyssey and I decided to take a look at CNBlue's albums. The available albums were Bluetory and First Step. It shocked me when I saw the price, it was only PHP 500.00 (unlike my SNSD Japanese album which costs around Php 1000.00). I don't know what happened, I just found myself buying their first album, First Step. And here it is:

I went to the bank to pay for SNSD's album, I Got A Boy and paid all my liabilities. We had our second meeting for the shop and had our share. Upon coming back, I was hungry but Ray invited me to play table tennis. I was supposed to eat merienda after but since Leo, our officemate, told me I gained weight, I decided not to eat. And yeah, I was in an awful mood the whole time until going home. I need to lose the fat. Oh well, it's holiday season, but still. I decided to play more table tennis in the days to come. And yeah, eat healthy food.

When I got home, I am just so happy that the We Got Married episodes I started downloading since last year (which was two days ago) are already done. I'm just waiting for Ray's phone call, and I'm off to sleep!

I'll catch you guys tomorrow! :) ♥ Good night! :D

First Day of Work for 2013

Day 2:

This always happens whenever we decided to have a lunch out; a 30 minute discussion where to eat. We decided to go to TokyoTokyo because Pau wants to eat a bento box.

Last second change of plan when Sienna, Maye and Jasper hopped in and we decided to go to Mann Hann. We ordered 2 servings of Garlic Rice, Mixed Vegetables, Seafoods Special and Spicy Spareribs. They also serve tea for free(Though I think the tea makes my pee smell horrible). After lunch, I bought a Vanilla frosty from Wendy's(I'm so full).

When we got back, I check my mail for updates for work. Later that day we played ping pong. Leomar made a comment that Pau's getting fat(I really don't know where that came from. I mean look at her on her pictures. Thats not how a fat person looks like.). That made Pau's attitude went south. It's really hard to change her mood. Really really hard. Insane Boss Mode. I takes hours, sometimes even days just to change her mood.

Pau went home earlier that I do. I got home at about 10 PM. After I called her, I went to bed.

That's what happens on my 2nd day of 2013.

2013 ~ Let's do this!

Akemashite omedetou gozaimasu minna-san ~ !! (Happy New Year everyone!!)

It's me Pau and I'll be updating this blog with my special someone, Ray. ♥ This is because we failed to write everything in the journal we bought last year which amounted to around 700 pesos. *sighs* With that, we decided to create a blog and update this one instead. At least, there's no cost involved, just the effort.

My 2013 started with me, watching We Got Married. Then when I woke up at around lunch, I still watched the same show. Then it was me at the computer all the time. I did a cover of Park Shin Hye's Without Words from the K-drama You're Beautiful. Also, I decided to start video blogging. Lord God, help me! My cousins from Tarlac went back, thus Dos, my cousin who's studying here in Antipolo is back. The house is noisy once again.

But I did not fret since I'm already going back to work tomorrow. after a week of nothingness. LOL. Well then, I'll see Ray tomorrow! :) ♥

Welcome 2013! (Ray's Version)

I'm new at blogging. This is actually my very first post. My girlfriend, Pau, encouraged me to create a blog starting today, first day of 2013.

I welcomed 2013 lying on the bed with my nephew, Hans. I'm really exhausted after the day's work so I decided to look after him. After a quick call to Pau(I love you!), I went to sleep. I woke up at around 9 am. Our phone's acting up again. I can't talk to Pau. Miss her so much. Looking forward for tomorrow. I'll get to see her again. I love you Mahal ko!

I hope I share a lot to you guys. Have fun reading my post and God Bless. See ya!
